Speckled Hen Store operates from the beautiful Adelaide Hills in South Australia, and this is also where your order will be shipped from.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on what shipping option you choose at checkout! Here's a guide below:

Australia

  • Standard - 3-6 business days
  • Express - 1-3 business days

Kindly note that we cannot ensure a guaranteed delivery time for all orders once they have been shipped by us. Please understand that any shipping delays caused by Australia Post after the item has been dispatched are beyond our control. How do I track my order?

We currently ship with Australia Post or all orders. You can track your order here with your tracking number found in your shipment confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of Australia at this stage. However, be sure to sign up to our emails to stay in the loop as we have big plans!

What is your returns policy?

What is your returns policy?

If you have a change of mind, we are more than happy to provide a refund or exchange, given the return meets the conditions below:

  • Item(s) are returned within 14 days (from the date received on your tracking).
  • Item(s) are in their original & unused condition with all labels or tags attached (if applicable), and in original packaging.

Returns due to change of mind are at the customers expense.

How do I process a return?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

If your return meets the requirements as stated in our returns policy, you may send your order back to us. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@speckledhenstore.com.au and we’ll take you through the process.

Does it cost to return?

Returns due to change of mind are at the customers expense. We request that you use Australia Post tracked parcel post to ensure your return makes it back to us safely.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit on their way back to us, or any shipping costs (including any additional packaging required to return your order).

What currency will my order be placed in?

All prices on the website are listed in AUD (Australian Dollar).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal and Speckled Hen Store E-Gift Vouchers.

E-Gift Vouchers

How do I send an E-Gift Voucher?

You can send an E-Gift Voucher by visiting the link here. Simply select your denomination and add the E-Gift Voucher to your cart. Then, proceed to the checkout as normal.

If you wish to send this to a recipient, you can enter their email, name and a message by ticking the box "I want to send this as a gift" on the E-Gift Voucher product page and filling in the details.

How do I use an E-Gift Voucher?

If you've received an E-Gift Voucher from us, follow the below steps redeem your voucher:

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.
  2. Enter your e-gift voucher number in the "Discount code or gift card" field.
  3. Select "Apply" to deduct the e-gift voucher amount from your order total.
  4. Finalise all details at checkout and select "Pay now".

Please note, if the balance available on the e-gift voucher is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can continue and complete the order. If the balance available on the e-gift voucher is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Can I schedule an E-Gift Voucher to be sent to the recipient?

Yes, you can! Simply go to our E-Gift Voucher page here and fill in the details. You can select a date to schedule when you E-Gift Voucher is sent to the recipient.

Product

The product I want is out of stock, what do I do?

We are always looking at potential restocks of our best sellers, so be sure to contact us on our contact us page or send us an email at hello@speckledhenstore.com.au as we may be restocking the item you are after!

I've received a faulty product, what do I do?

We're so sorry! If this occurs, please contact us on our contact us page or send us an email at hello@speckledhenstore.com.au and we can advise of next steps.

How do I sign up to receive emails?

You can sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of every page on our website. When you sign up, you'll be notified of our new arrivals, exclusive offers and receive 10% off your first order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We offer free gift wrapping on every order! If there's a special event such as a Baby Shower, just let us know in the order notes.

Unfortunately, some items may be too large or bulky to gift wrap. We always strive to do our best here.
