Shipping Policy
We're committed to delivering all orders as soon as possible. With our efficient dispatch system, we strive to have your items shipped out within 1-2 business days (Public Holidays excluded).
All of our items are shipped via Australia Post Standard and Express Service from the beautiful Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Please use the below Australia Post shipping time frames as a guideline:
Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD (approx. 3-6 business days)
Express Shipping: $25.00 AUD (approx. 1-3 business days)
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping exclusively on purchases of Erstwilder products. This offer applies only to items from the Erstwilder collection and unfortunately does not extend to products from other brands, even if they are part of the same order. When shopping with us, please ensure that your cart consists solely of Erstwilder items to benefit from this shipping offer. For any orders that include products from different brands, standard shipping rates will apply to those items.
After your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. Please note that any shipping delays caused by Australia Post are beyond our control. We will provide tracking information for all orders, but it is important to remember that the responsibility for tracking the order rests solely with the customer.
International Shipping:
International shipping is not available at this moment.
In-Store Pick Up:
You can collect your order from our Kersbrook Store (Shop 3, 36 Scott Street, Kersbrook SA 5231). You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection. It would be greatly appreciated if your order is collected within 2 business days.
Stolen, Damaged or Lost Parcels:
We are unable to offer reimbursement for postage should your parcel become delayed, returned to sender, damaged in transit or lost. It is the customer's responsibility to determine a safe and secure delivery location.
Fragile Items:
We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure you receive them as you should. However, if you have received a faulty item, please kindly send us a message at hello@speckledhenstore.com.au.
